Anxiety and Presentation Performance
From the moment I met Gill I knew that I had chosen the right practitioner to help me. Not only does Gill convey positivity she also has the ability to make you feel at ease immediately. Having suffered from health anxiety for over five years, as well as a few other emotional problems, I knew the time had come to do something about it. I had tried other techniques before but without much success and so decided to give hypnotherapy a try. I had three sessions in total and I can honestly say it was the best thing I could have done. My whole attitude has changed in that I no longer worry and this in turn has made me calmer. My family and friends have noticed a difference and home life is so much more enjoyable.
I cannot thank Gill enough for helping me to get my life back. My only regret is that didn’t find Gill sooner.

Emotional Stress Disorder & Depression

Suffering from anxiety is a condition that when suffering from it, seems as though it will never end and there are few solutions. Everything seems to get out of proportion, particularly irrational thoughts. When hypnotherapy was suggested I thought I will give anything a try. Having located GB hypnotherapy, I made contact with Gill. Whereas pills only mask the effects of anxiety and talking to a counsellor seems to just move problems from one side of your thoughts to another, I found Gill Blane’s approach a refreshing change. For once I started to relax, which is what Gill’s therapy encourages. Pills may take a while to work, but with Gill’s support and effective therapy, I started to relax, clear my mind of feelings and problems that were cluttering my thoughts.
An analogy would be tidying up an untidy office, filing things away neatly, throwing away what is not required and concentrating on one thing at a time and learning to relax. All of which working with Gill, I achieved within a few weeks. I would thoroughly recommend Gill’s approach. It worked for me and there are no side effects. Since finishing my course of treatment I have started to attend meditation classes which help to maintain the relaxing view of matters that Gill led me to achieve.
